Copyright Infringement Policy
If you are considering the theft of any content or html on this website, you should read and consider the following very carefully.
Whilst we find it very flattering that you find our content better than anything you can come up with yourself, you should know that we have a ZERO TOLERANCE approach to copyright infringement (or theft as we prefer to call it). We have gone to a great deal of time and trouble to create this completely original website in a way which is informative to potential customers and which will serve us well in search engine ranking performance. Regardless of our success or otherwise in these endeavours, the content on this site is entirely our own creation, including the diagrams. Some of the images are royalty-free and widely available, but we have paid for them so they're marked.
We have already executed our policy on this successfully, and our policy is to firstly issue a 14 day invoice equivalent to 3 times the market value of the item and/or the time it took to create whatever has been copied. Our second action will be to pursue it's payment through the courts regardless of any protests of innocence. Lastly, if the copied content is appearing in your SERPS we will have those pages removed from the listings.
You will NOT be given the opportunity to remove the content as though it had been some sort of mistake or amazing coincidence or copied by a rogue member of staff etc.
We have seen instances of web design companies copying other web design companies content verbatim, usually in an effort to improve their search engine position, which is futile because copied material is always detrimental to rankings.
