If you dont have a working connection to the internet you need to call your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to get this working first, your ISP will be somebody like BT, Plusnet, Virgin, Sky, Orange etc etc.
If your internet connection is working ok, you need to check your mailbox settings in your email software (Outlook, Thunderbird, Windows Mail etc). Your settings should be as follows:
MAILBOX CONTROL PANELSvisit http://mcp.yourdomainname.tld and enter your mailbox name and password
