PIN numbers, User ID's and passwords... there are so many to remember in our lives aren't there? Well, we suggest that you only ever have a maximum of 3 passwords in your life at any one time. One for top security purposes such as your "secret pass phrase" for banking and other personal financial matters, a second one for logging into secure sites for banking etc, and another one for logging into all other sites and for other systems such as email.
Don't use your relatives names, your date of birth, phone number, address, dogs name, or anything else associated with you - choose something completely random which is about 8 characters long, has upper and lower case letters and includes numbers. For example, QpQwe457 is a great password, can be used for everything, is easy to type in and therefore easily remembered. |
