Setting Your Email Up From Scratch

The first thing you will need to do is set your mailbox up on the mail server, you can do this through your control panel and it takes about 1 minute.

Simply go to http://cp.yourdomainName.tld and log into your control panel. The video below (under 2 mins) shows you how.



Once you've done this, you can set up your email client to send and receive email. See our page on how to set up Email in Outlook 2007.

You can access and use your email accounts from anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection. Your personal webmail server is at http://webmail.yourdomainname.tld. E.g: http://webmail.webequip.co.uk will take you to our own webmail server. If for some reason your webmail server isn't working, you can try: http://www.outitgoes.com/.

Here's where you can set up new email addresses, change passwords, set forwarders up, and manage your spam filter settings. Your personal control panel is at http://cp.yourdomainname.tld. E.g: http://cp.webequip.co.uk will take you to our own control panel login screen. If for some reason your own control panel isn't working, you can always try: http://extendcp.co.uk/.
