Setting Up Email Accounts in Outlook 2007

Once your email address has been set up on the server, you can set up Outlook (or any other email client) to access your mailbox and send/receive emails from it.

The short video below shows how quickly and easily mailboxes can be set up in Outlook 2007. If you just need the settings, here they are:

POP3 (incoming) server name: mail.yourdomain.tld E.g. mail.webequip.co.uk
SMTP (outgoing) server name: mail.yourdomain.tld E.g. mail.webequip.co.uk
Account name: full email address E.g. fred@webequip.co.uk
Password: As specified when you set up the mailbox through your control panel

The SMTP server requires authentication and can use the same credentials as the incoming mail server.
