Webmail Access
Access and use your email accounts from any internet connection
Wherever you are in the world, if you can access an internet connection you can use your email accounts by visiting:
http://webmail.yourdomain.tld
FOR EXAMPLE: http://webmail.webequip.co.uk will take us to our own webmail facility.
YOU WILL NEED YOUR MAILBOX PASSWORD. If you don't know your password you will need to call us at the office - if it's an out of hours
emergency you can call +44 (0)7504 039471.
If you're having difficulty with this for some reason, you should be able to use
http://www.outitgoes.com/ unless there is a serious problem.
Outlook Access
The settings you need for Outlook (or any other email software) are to the right under 'Email Settings', just replace 'yourdomain.tld' with your own domain name, e.g. Ours would be webequip.co.uk instead of yourdomain.tld. You can see a quick video of how to set this up

PLEASE NOTE: The SMTP server requires validation using the same credentials as the POP3 server (email address and password). Do not tick the SLA or SSL boxes if you are asked.
Outlook, Webmail, Gmail.. What's Best?
This really does depend on your circumstances - personally I use ZOHO mail because I access my email on different devices in different places, but to see what's best for you, see the article

Control Panel Access
Here's where you can set up new email addresses, change passwords, set forwarders up, and manage your spam filter settings. Your personal control panel is at
http://cp.yourdomainname.tld. E.g: http://cp.webequip.co.uk will take you to our own control panel login screen. If for some reason your own control panel isn't working, you can always try:
http://extendcp.co.uk/.
